Carmen and Tony are life partners as well as business partners whose discovery of Fuegorita grew out of their passion for life, spicy food and each other. Carmen's background is as a CPA and tax software specialist, while Tony's is a marketing consultant in the advertising technology industry. Their team also includes Betsy, their faithful Labrador Retriever-pit bull mix.
